We’re losing a lot of big names in the Entertainment industry this year đŸ˜¦ I really only know her from reruns of the Patty Duke Show (is that the name? The identical cousins show?)

Yes, we are!
And, yes, that’s the show! It was before my time, but I grew up on its re-runs. She won an Oscar for The Miracle Worker, then there’s the kitsch classic Valley of the Dolls, as well as some great offbeat treasures sprinkled throughout her filmography.

She was an extraordinarily talented actress, and very passionate person. Read about her death, I sincerely hope it was painless as possible. May she rest in peace…
